In celebration of International Coach Week this February 3 – 9, 2008 I’ll be offering all readers of the Seize Your Joy! blog one FREE 30-minute coaching session during the month of February.  That’s right; you can get a free session.  During your session we can talk about any of these:

Okay so how’s Better Than Great In ’08 going for you?  Have you been really saying your affirmations daily? 

If so great!  If not, give it a try.  It really helps if you make it a part of your daily routine.  It may seem a bit weird at first but pretty soon you’ll believe it and then all kinds of really great things will open up in your life.  I have seen this happen time and time again.

The December schedule for the Work It Mama! • December 12^th – Join Almira Roldan, Founder of Beautiful Diva and Wrap Off The Inches as we discuss using Hollywood’s instant slimming secret to loose unwanted inches FAST.  Body wrapping is an excellent way to trim down and look great!

• December 26^th – I’ll be discussing how you can have a fun and memorable New Years Eve without a date!  I’ll provide activities, tips, and other great ideas for you to party by yourself or with your girlfriends!

We’ve put the November events on the schedule.  I’m sure you’ll notice there is not one workshop listed.  Well that was a decision I made to due to the holiday season. 

I decided to let November & December be a time of relaxation, rest, and fun.  Of course that means in January we’ll kick it up again.  By then you’ll need these workshops to help you de-stress from your holiday rush.  So get ready for that!
